With help of Server Monitoring, you can check and analyze all of the minor issues before it cause anything majors.

Issues :
Major issues are faced by shared servers, which involves spamming and hacking & mostly have scripts installed. Its the major responsibility of Hosting service provider to look after the same.
–hack issues:  We have to scan the accounts and run the security measures installed on a server. However, no one can provide the 100 % guarantee for 100% secure server.
What we can do is to manage a server , its uptime, and our client’s accounts.
–DDOS/SYN attacks: we have a dedicated server monitoring tool to take care of such attacks with all the steps which need to mitigate.
— server uptime: We have to provide 99.9 % uptime.
— backups : We do take weekly backups for all accounts on server , still we asked clients to have the backup at their own end also.
